Girls Who Code’s Hiring Season offers a multi-month series of workshops, panels, and events for job seekers looking for technical internships and early-career jobs. Our virtual flagship event, Hiring Summit connects job seekers directly with potential hiring partners. Attracting thousands of participants—primarily college students and individuals with 0–3 years of work experience—the Summit includes panels, networking opportunities, and direct engagement with recruiters. Hiring Summit is open to all women and nonbinary technologists that are 18 years of age and older, and interested in learning more about careers in tech.
Its user-friendly platform, effective matchmaking sessions, easy access to recruiters, and informative panel discussions all combined to create a well-rounded and enriching event. It left me feeling both professionally fulfilled and emotionally connected to the broader community.
